About Me
I am a product and experience leader who helps organizations turn ambiguity into outcomes. With over 20 years of experience across healthcare, financial services, education, and media, I have led cross-functional teams to ship zero-to-one products, modernize complex platforms, and build operating models that keep them improving. My north star is simple: connect strategy, design, and technology to create value people can feel—clearer choices, faster paths, better care and learning.
II have built and sold a digital agency, stood up a design center for a 5-million-member health plan, and most recently led product strategy and AI experience initiatives as a consulting executive. Today I'm building GoodFences, an AI-powered platform modernizing HOA operations — and selectively partnering with organizations tackling complex product problems. I am happiest facilitating the messy middle — aligning executives, clarifying bets, and using prototypes to enable smart decisions quickly.
